Bedminster Colonial

A house with a white facade, brown garage doors, and a brown front door decorated with a wreath. There is a large tree with autumn leaves in front of the house. The driveway and lawn are visible, with fallen leaves scattered on the grass. A lamp post is situated near the tree.

Before

After

Working within the existing footprint of a three-bedroom stucco Cape Cod, we created the classic two-story Colonial the homeowners envisioned. Schaeffler Architecture and Design also guided the variance and township approvals required to bring the transformation to life.
