Bedminster colonial

A house with a white facade, brown garage doors, and a brown front door decorated with a wreath. There is a large tree with autumn leaves in front of the house. The driveway and lawn are visible, with fallen leaves scattered on the grass. A lamp post is situated near the tree.

Before

White three-story house with dormer windows, surrounded by green trees and grass, with a small porch and black front door.

After

Bedminster Colonial Transformation:

Utilizing the existing footprint of a three bedroom stucco cape cod style home we developed the classic two story colonial style home that our client was looking for. Schaeffler Architecture and Interior Design provided the services needed to obtain the required variance and approvals from Bedminster Township in order to make this dream come true!

Re-envisioned as a Classic Colonial Home with Detached Garage

A white three-story house with black shutters, a small balcony at the front, surrounded by green trees and a grassy lawn, under a partly cloudy sky.
