Schaeffler Architecture & Design is a New Jersey–based residential architecture and design firm creating distinctive custom homes, additions, and transformative renovations. Each residence is shaped by the client’s vision, the character of the property, and how the home will be lived in.

Founded in 2002 as Country Estate Homes Inc., the firm brings more than 25 years of experience in residential design, construction, development, and real estate. Our work spans historic restoration, thoughtful renovations, new residences, and select commercial spaces.

Today, our primary focus is architectural design and detailed construction drawings for homeowners, builders, and developers. We use decades of practical experience to help clients make difficult design decisions with clarity, anticipate construction considerations, and move forward with well-resolved plans.

Our services can begin with evaluating an existing home or potential building site and continue through design and documentation. For select projects, owner representation and construction coordination are also available, with qualified consultants and specialists engaged as needed.
